La Casa Etnica aims to ensure total customer satisfaction. Therefore, our Exchange and Return Policy is based on Law 8.078 of September 11, 1990, in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Attention: We only process exchanges or returns for items purchased exclusively from La Casa Etnica’s online store. The first free exchange does not apply if the exchange is for any product purchased during the Sale period. The deadline to request an exchange is up to 30 days, and the refund is 7 calendar days after receiving the order. To request an exchange or return, contact our Customer Service Center via email: [email protected]. After contacting us, you will receive a postage authorization code for return via Correios within 48 business hours.

All products must be sent in their original packaging, with labels, tags, without signs of use, stains, washing, or any other modifications, and with the accompanying accessories. The product must be returned with the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice) and the reason for the return noted on the back. Upon arrival at our distribution center, the product will be analyzed within 5 (five) business days. After approval of the product analysis, the exchange or return process begins. If the products do not meet the above conditions, the store will refuse the return and, therefore, it will be sent back to the original address.

Refund of amounts

The refund process begins after receiving the product at our distribution center and quality control analysis. The refund of the product value will be made according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Credit card – the refund may occur in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices, according to the rules of the card administrator used. If your next purchase is of a lower value, you can use the credit balance for another purchase; if the value is higher, you can pay the difference with the payment methods available in the online store.
